Emergency support for individuals and families living in Wilmot and Wellesley Townships.
Guidelines · Open Tuesday 12-4 and Thursday 12-4 · The 1st Thursday of every month the Food Bank is open until 6 p.m. · Requests for hampers will be taken at any time for pick-up of the hamper during Food Bank hours on Tuesday and Thursday · We can supply one hamper per month · All requests remain confidential · One day emergency hampers given Monday, Wednesday and Friday on urgent need to last until the next full hamper day
Food Bank List of Foods In Short Supply – Jan 26/12
Following is a list of updated foods needed in the food bank in order of urgency:
canned fruit and apple sauce jam or honey rice granola bars cookies crackers snack foods - pretzels, popcorn, pudding and fruit cups perk and instant coffee cooking oil sugar – white and brown powdered milk Baby food cereal
Fresh or frozen foods can be dropped off at the food bank on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Fresh vegetables Fresh fruit Frozen vegetables Frozen fruit Cheese Yogurt Butter or margarine
