TFZ - YOUTH DROP-IN |
|
Thursday afternoon/evening from 4:30 to 8:30 at the Old New Hamburg arena, 251 Jacob St. New Hamburg. All youth from grades 6 to 12 are welcome to drop-in to skateboard, rollerblade, play floor hockey, basketball, air hockey, playstation and more.. There is a small tuck shop available for youth to purchase a drink or small snack. In an effort to be environmentally responsible we ask that youth bring their own refillable bottle for water.
We do require youth to have registration/emergency information forms filled out, as well as a helmets to skateboard.
The cost to attend is $2.00 per day.
And will run each week to Thursday December 22, 2011 – we will then break for the holidays J Our first day back in the New Year will be Thursday January 5, 2012

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS.. ..Kids Cafe
Wilmot Family Resource Centre's KIDS CAFE after school program is now accepting registration for our Winter session, beginning Wed. January 4, 2012
KIDS CAFE is an after school program with a focus on cooking, we prepare and enjoy a healthy snack and fun activities.
Where: @ WFRC, 175 Waterloo St. New Hamburg When: Wednesday's from 3:45 to 5:15 Beginning: Wed. October 5, 2011 and running for 10 weeks Who: children from grades 1 to 5 Cost: $40. for agency members and $50. for non-members

We are looking for a responsible individual (or two) to assist our child & Youth worker with the running of this program. If you or someone you know may be interested in this volunteer opportunity, whether for high school hours, to gain experience in this field or just because it sounds like fun…please let us know |
